| Bella Flora : Valentine's Day |

| On a side note: Our studio will be closed from January 28th to February 4th. We're going to Barcelona! Hopefully this horrible weather won't delay us getting there. | Cynthia + Enrique : Wedding |

| Cynthia + Enrique were married last weekend at the beautiful Empire Room in Dallas. We LOVE shooting here, definitely one of our favorite places. They saw each other before the ceremony, which we all know we love. They have been together for a long time, we loved hearing all of the funny stories of when they were dating. We both barely met them the day of the wedding but we felt like we had known each other for a long time. They are the kind of people you just connect with so easily! Here are some of our favorites: |
| Since they saw each other before we had a lot of time for portraits of them. We find it extremely important to find at least a few minutes out of the day before or after the ceremony to do pictures of just the two alone. |
| Enrique used to have a car JUST like the one he had as his grooms cake. This car meant sooo much to him and didn't want to cut it. :) |

| Stacey + Kelly : Wedding |
|
Stacey + Kelly were married recently at two of my favorite places to shoot. Perkins Chapel and the Dallas Arboretum - Rosine Hall. Stacey was absolutely GORGEOUS! We have never seen so many people dance at a wedding which kept the night going and a lot of fun. Everyone was on the dance floor! Here are some of our favorites:

Jane + Steven were married recently in beautiful Negril, Jamaica. We feel so extremely blessed to be able to travel to shoot weddings. It's the greatest honor! They were married at Negril Escapes, an awesome resort with some of the coolest cliffs. Ari from Negril, Jamaica Weddings did a great job again with coordinating this event as she always does! Jane + Steven, thanks for EVERYTHING! Here are some of our favorites:

| New Website is Live! |
|
After a few years of having the same website we decided to upgrade to a much improved site. At least we think so. :) We changed the domain name as well from Perez-Photography to PerezWeddings. We wanted to keep things more simple and I know the dash in the domain sometimes was hard to remember. We seriously couldn't be more excited. We absolutely love it! We added a few cool things in there. Be sure to check out the About Us link and the Contact Page. We added a Twitter Link as well as a Skype Link to the contact form. Isn't the Twitter bird the cutest thing you've ever seen? We're still adding and changing some of the galleries but were just bursting to show everyone and couldn't wait! What do you guys think? :)

| Andrea + Sterling : Wedding |
|
Andrea + Sterling were married on December 27th in Colorado City, Texas, a town about 4 hours west of Dallas. We ALWAYS love to travel to small towns to see how different everything is. We're so used to the big city that it really is awesome to be able to travel to shoot weddings. Andrea + Sterling were two of the most laid back people I think we have ever met and shot. They were just so happy to be marrying each other that there was nothing that phased them ... exactly how it should be. Andrea majored in photography and was the first bride we have ever shot to walk around her wedding with her digital point and shoot taking pictures with everyone. It was so cute! Sterling is just an all around great guy and we were honored to have been chosen to shoot their wedding. Andrea + Sterling, we look forward to seeing you guys again soon one day! We hope everyone had a great New Year. Things have been crazy hectic here with lots of new and exciting things. A new website is coming really soon! We just flew in from Jamaica last night. We have been to Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Colorado City all within the last 3 weeks. And the Studio will be opening, we hope, in the next two weeks! Lots of stuff to come on the blog! We also just found out that Southern Weddings featured Stephanie + Ulises' wedding as wedding of the week. Really cool! It was also featured on Dallas Wedding Planner on their Something Blue Blog. Check them out!
