| Jenny + Eddie : Wedding |
 |
San Juan, Puerto Rico
We met Jenny + Eddie originally when they contacted us to shoot their wedding in Puerto Rico. We instantly clicked, I think we stayed at the Mi Cocina just talking away for like 5 hours straight? And ever since then our friendship has grown tremendously. Jenny is from Puerto Rico so it was really exciting to get to explore Puerto Rico with people from there. This wedding by far has to be one of our funnest weddings we have ever shot. Maybe its because we were with great friends by the time their wedding came around or maybe it was just the fact that everything went as planned and we were shooting in an amazing location. They were just so happy and it really showed, all of their family was amazing and made us feel so at home. Enough talk! Here are some of our favorites: |
| Portraits in Old San Juan. |
| Tourists walking by and looking at the bride. |
| Omar + Bea. New friends in Puerto Rico! |
| Stevie! He was awesome. We'll see you in New Jersey soon we hope. :) |
| End of the night. They had some type of brazilian drummers come in and it was really one of the coolest things we have ever seen. |
| Jenny + Eddie, We love you guys! See you back in Dallas next year. :) |

| Puerto Rico : Day 5 + 6 |
 |
| Day 5 + 6 ended up kind of getting jumbled together. We're heading home tomorrow for at least 2 days so we will post a few more pics from our last day as soon as we get back. Saturday we shot an AMAZING wedding for some awesome people. More commentary to come on their full post soon. :) Sunday we were too tired to do anything other than walk around a bit and relax so the camera stayed home! I know, that's NO excuse! :) Here is a little teaser from Saturday: |

| Puerto Rico : Day 3 |
 |
| We're staying in the historic Old San Juan area of Puerto Rico and the variety of colors is just our cup of tea! Last night we headed out to dinner with some friends and family of the couple we are shooting on Saturday and ended up back on the side of Isla Verde near all of the hotels/casinos. We hung out on the $2 minimum tables which was hilarious, we didn't even know those existed! Here are some of the cool doors we saw while venturing around Old San Juan. |

| Puerto Rico : Day 2 |
 |
| We're on vacation! Well sort of. :) We are shooting a wedding here in Puerto Rico this coming up Saturday and decided to come up more than a few days early and stay late. Our first day yesterday was a bit crazy with delayed flights and all kinds of plane issues but it was all worth it because it is absolutely beautiful here. We are loving the culture, the scenery, and the people. We are hoping to be able to blog a few pictures every day while we are here. We brought out our cameras for a little while close to sunset and got a few pictures of the area we are staying in. The middle picture is of the apartment we are staying in and of the street. We're right down the street from the beach too! :) |

| Allison + John : Engagement |
 |
Allison + John drove down here this past week from their home in San Antonio for their engagement session. It was a bit cold and windy but overall a great day. Their wedding is coming up in March and their reception is going to be at the Lonesome Dove in Ft. Worth, the chef there was on Iron Chef. Lately, I have been crazy obsessed with Top Chef and haven't been able to watch anything else so we are excited! Here are some of our favorites:
Such a cute couple! |
We recently did a shoot for BluDoor Studios. They are also wedding photographers here in Dallas and needed some pictures of the whole group for their Christmas card. They are such awesome people... We love them! Can't wait to see their new studio in Southlake that we know is going to be AMAZING. It's always nerve wracking shooting other photographers so I hope I did them justice! Here are some that caught my eye:
Macie (Mike + Rejana's daughter) is one of the cutest little girls EVER! |

| Bella Flora : Holiday Florals |
 |
| Recently we were contacted by the ever so amazing Cesar of Bella Flora to shoot some of their florals for the holiday season. I always jump at the chance to shoot beautiful things, this time was no different. Here are some shots of two of the floral arrangements that we fell in love with. We did a few different backgrounds and we ended up liking both. If you are a bride and are still looking for a florist definitely check them out! Not only do they do incredible work but they are awesome people too. |

| Sharon + Gary were married this past weekend here in Dallas. It was another short wedding day (probably one of our shortest) but a very beautiful one for sure! Thanks to our past clients, Larissa + Frank, for the referral! :) Here are some of our favorites: |
