| Colleen + Todd : Wedding |
|
This past weekend we had the absolutely joy of shooting Colleen + Todd's wedding. This was Tanya's first time meeting them and she fell in love with them! They are such a loving and sweet couple and so much fun! They were married at Kessler Park United Methodist Church in Dallas and their reception was held at the ever so beautiful Melrose Hotel.
Here are some of our favorites of the night. They are off to St. Lucia tomorrow for their honeymoon (Jealous!) so we wanted to make sure we posted these before they left! :)

So last week while in Vegas, we frequented the Foto Cabina booth quite a bit! Here they are to give you some laughs, we are dorks! :)
We are off to shoot Colleen + Todd's wedding tonight and then Jana's bridal tomorrow at her grandfather's barn! We are stoked.

| I got the absolute joy of meeting this wonderful family this past weekend. Becky contacted me a few weeks ago because she wanted a a new portrait of her gorgeous family. They were all so sweet and open to my ideas, I couldn't have picked a more perfect bunch. I don't normally do family portraits but it was actually quite fun! I look forward to seeing you guys again in the future. :) |

| Andrea + Jason: Wedding |

Andrea + Jason were married last weekend at some of my favorite places: Perkins Chapel and their reception was held at the beautiful CityPlace. They are some of the sweetest people I know and was so excited for their wedding to come around. Here are some of my favorites: By the way, thanks so much to Carri for coming out to second shoot for me as Tanya was incredibly sick that day and couldn't make it. She rocks! (Can't wait to see some of your images!)
I will post one of my favorite reception shots later, I am on my way out to some appointments but wanted to at least post these! Loved em!

| They saw each other before the ceremony. I absolutely LOVE that and think more brides should do it. It allows for the couple to have some time alone and be relaxed before the big walk down the aisle. |

Yayyyy! I don't think I have ever been so excited to be back in Dallas. We had a whirlwind two weeks but we met so many great new friends that the craziness was all worth it. We attended the The Anti-Workshop. Here are some of our images: If anyone is thinking of attending this workshop we 100% recommend it, we feel like we got more out of it than we ever could have imagined.

| Still In Vegas... |
|
So we're back in Vegas! Flew back into Dallas late Friday night to shoot Andrea + Jason's wedding on Saturday. Tanya caught a stomach bug last week during the The Anti-Workshop which sucks but she's feeling better today thankfully. We will be attending Blu Domain's social tonight as well as hearing a few other photographers speak. Very exciting! We have met a lot of cool people so far and really look forward to bringing back a lot of the cool new stuff from the trade shows! We will be blogging Andrea + Jason's awesome wedding next week and some of our shots from the The Anti-Workshop at the end of this week when we get back.

So later today we fly out to Las Vegas for a few days for one of the most awesome workshops around, (So we hear) The Anti-Workshop, then the week after we will be attending the annual WPPI convention. We are always looking to continuously develop our skills and creativity as photographers. We will be out of the office until March 21st. If any of you need immediate assistance please e-mail us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. (We will be back in Dallas briefly late Friday night and Saturday to shoot Andrea + Jason's wedding but will be flying back out early Sunday morning)
It's going to be a hectic year with a lot of traveling for us! We are super excited. :)
We will definitely try to blog our adventures over the next two weeks. If you see us in Vegas, please stop us and say hi!

We got to shoot Dori + Jason this week. They are both photographers here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area so we were more than flattered when they asked us to shoot them. They are already married but wanted to have some photos taken of them for their one year anniversary. We had a lot of fun meeting them and getting to know them. We will definitely hang out again. Dori + Jason, we hope you guys are having a blast in Cozumel and we look forward to seeing you guys soon! Thanks again for dinner at Fuzzy's!

| Glenda + Jose : Wedding |

I had the pleasure of shooting Glenda + Jose's wedding this past weekend while Tanya was in North Carolina at the Love Affair Workshop. Loved everything about this wedding! Friends, family and lots of love. They are a beautiful couple and I was honored to have the opportunity to share it with them. Thanks to Tony Valadez of FlashBox Photography for coming along to second shoot for me. I haven't gone through any of the pictures he shot but I'm sure he got a lot of great ones.

| Jana + Kurt : Engagement |

| Jana + Kurt were soooo great about being open to my crazy ideas. They drove quite a long ways to do their session and we had so much fun. They will be getting married later this year in May and we can't wait. We will be heading out to College Station to shoot Jana's bridals later this month and already have lots of cool ideas in mind! |
